HOW TO USE THE RELIEFBOARD

GET INSTANT, EFFORTLESS RELIEF

The Reliefboard is easy to use - its patented design mean you can target and relieve tension in your back without straining or needing help from someone.

4 SIMPLE STEPS

Assemble the Reliefboard

Twist both handles into place at the bottom two points on the Reliefboard. Screw your chosen peg into the top attachment point to target your upper back, or the middle attachment point to target your lower back. Although there are two peg attachment points, we recommend using one peg in one attachment point at a time.

Stand against a wall

Stand with your back close to a wall, holding the Reliefboard behind you with the handles and peg facing you and the flat side of the Reliefboard against the wall.

Position the peg

Using the handles either side of your waist, position the board so your chosen peg is against the tension or pain point. Ensure you are targeting the muscles in your back. The Reliefboard should not be used directly against the spine or any other bone.

Lean back and breathe

Lean back into the Reliefboard for 30-60 seconds, breathing slowly through any pain as this may increase as pressure is applied and tension is released. The more you lean into the Reliefboard the more pressure you will apply to the desired muscle.

3 IMPORTANT TIPS

Do not fit two pegs on the board at the same time - it will prevent you from relaxing into the board.

The Reliefboard should not be used on the spine or any other bone - only use it against muscle.

If something doesn't feel right then stop and reposition yourself.
